How to Create Wings Level 3
The creation of Level 3 Wings is done in two stages:
- Create the Feather of Condor
- Create the Level 3 Wings
Stage 1: Creating Feather of Condor
You will need the following items:
- 1x Wings Level 2 +9 +4 option (minimum)
- 1x Ancient Item +7 +4 option (minimum)
- 10x Soul
- 10x Bless
- 10x Creation
- 10x Chaos
Process
- Go to the Chaos Machine in Noria
- Click on “Regular Combination”
- Insert all items and confirm
Result
- Success: Feather of Condor
- Fail: All items are consumed
Success Rate (Feather of Condor)
- Base rates:
- Free: 30%
- VIP 1: 35%
- VIP 2: 40%
- VIP 3: 45%
- Talisman of Luck:
- Adds up to +10%
- Maximum success rate:
- 55%
Stage 2: Creating Wings Level 3
After obtaining the Feather of Condor, you will need:
- 1x Feather of Condor
- 1x Flame of Condor
- 1x Excellent Item +9 +4 option (minimum)
- 10x Soul
- 10x Bless
- 10x Creation
- 10x Chaos
Process
- Go to the Chaos Machine in Noria
- Click on “Regular Combination”
- Insert all items and confirm
Result
- Success: You will receive a random Level 3 Wing
- Fail: All items are consumed

Important Notes
- In case of failure, all items are consumed in both combinations
- Feather of Condor is required to create Level 3 Wings
